Everyone staying warm and healthy out there? We had a little bit of snow, and are finally getting some decent rain. Or as I like to think of it, writing weather.

Lately, I’ve been having fun creating character renderings and scenes of Hastrior. It’s one thing to see it in my head while I’m writing, but I’ve found having an image to look at helps me with descriptions and crafting the setting. Not meant to be art, just pretty pictures to set the vibe.

I just liked the colors on this hippocamp and the way the moonlight above highlights the face and mane.
These images of Hastrior. It’s like they came straight out of my imagination.
But this one, this happy hippocamp is my favorite right now.
